The water-cooled screw conveyor is a high-temperature resistant screw conveyor that transports high-temperature powders, small particles, and other bulk materials inside a closed tube. The high temperature of the feed can reach 720 degrees Celsius, and the low temperature of the discharge can reach 50 degrees Celsius through the cooling water flowing in the spacer and central screw tube. It is a conveying equipment that integrates cooling and conveying.

Principle of water-cooled screw conveyor equipment:

1. The material entering the water-cooled screw conveyor is cooled and folded by circulating water inside the conveyor jacket during the heat exchange process, causing the temperature of the material to continuously decrease as it travels. After one lift, the rubber material enters the cooling folding screw conveyor.

2. The water-cooled screw conveyor includes a cylinder, a rotating shaft with a spiral plate, bearings, and a driving device. The cylinder has an external cooling water jacket, and the two ends of the rotating shaft are empty tubes. The cavity of the spiral plate is connected to the empty tubes at both ends of the rotating shaft. The cooling water flows through the cavity of the spiral plate from the inlet empty tube, and then flows out from the outlet empty tube to form an internal cooling water channel. The material is cooled evenly during transportation, and the cooling effect is good.

3. The hot sugar chunks are thrown and run in the inner and outer spiral conveyor slots, and meet with the cold air blown out of the machine multiple times to dissipate heat. After cooling and removing the sugar foam, they flow out of the machine.

4. At the exit of the conveyor belt, there is a motor and a transmission mechanism that drives the operation of the conveyor belt. The frozen material on the conveyor belt is frozen by the rotation of the conveyor belt and then sent out through the exit.
